Di sebuah resor kesehatan dan kesejahteraan butik yang menjanjikan penyembuhan dan transformasi, sembilan penghuni kota yang stres berusaha menemukan jalan menuju cara hidup yang lebih baik. Mengawasi mereka selama retret 10 hari ini adalah direktur resor, Masha, seorang wanita dengan misi untuk menghidupkan kembali pikiran dan tubuh mereka yang lelah.
