Narcotics Control Officer from the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare is coming to the hospital to check if narcotics management is correctly done. While checking the stock, Ms. Handa notices that one ampoule of fentanyl has gone missing. Everyone in the department looks for it worrying that they will be punished for losing it.
